Applicants should have an associate's degree or higher with more than a year of experience in electronics, basic computer hardware and software, and mechanical / hands-on work. Travel is required for this position. Aviation experience a plus.

Good technical, analytical and negotiation skills to resolve issues throughout the project life cycle and act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members
Project Managers at Frasca perform the following essential functions:
Responsible for all phases of a project including initiation, planning, execution, control and closeout.
Monitor financial aspects of a project and work closely with the Accounting department to provide necessary feedback.
Collaborate with department managers to develop a budget and schedule for the labor, materials and services required.
Manage requirements and flow down project requirements to departments.
Track and report project progress and expectations to management including analyses of budget and any technical, schedule or financial risks.
Provide management a monthly project report including current project status and estimates to complete.
