Candidates should have an associate’s degree with six or more months of experience. Electronic Technicians at Frasca perform the following essential functions:
Read meters and instrumentation to determine amperage, voltage, electrical output and input
Assemble, install, integrate, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical assemblies.
Operate test equipment to evaluate performance of assemblies or sub-systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered.
Collaborate with electrical engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
Analyze and interpret test information to resolve discrepancies.
Modify, markup, and assist with the improvement of documentation.
Monitor and update discrepancy reports.
Background using the following tools are a must:
Multimeter, Soldering iron, Oscilloscope. Crimping tools.
Applicants should have a minimum of four years experience managing networks.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following essential functions:
Maintain and administer computer network with a strong understanding of VLan configuration.
•Experience with VMWare, SAN, MS Exchange, and Windows Servers.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
Monitor network performance to determine where future changes are needed.
Manage multiple employees with Network Administration and Systems duties.
