Delta State Orders DA42 Flight Training Device from FRASCA
Delta State University, Cleveland, MS has placed an order for a Level 6 DA42 FTD (Flight Training Device) from FRASCA International, Inc. Urbana, IL. The school currently uses three FRASCA TruFite™ FTDs for the Cessna 172 and Beechcraft Duchess aircraft in their commercial aviation program. The new DA42 FTD will be delivered in Spring of 2016 and will feature FRASCA’s TruVision™ visual system, advanced cockpit weather and traffic interface and Garmin G1000 advanced avionics.

Monday, June 15, 2015 – Three students have been awarded FRASCA International Aviation Scholarships to continue fall semester studies at the Parkland College Institute of Aviation at the University of Illinois.

Western Michigan University Takes Delivery of New FRASCA Simulator
April 21, 2015 – The College of Aviation at Western Michigan University has taken delivery of a new FRASCA SR20 Level 5 Flight Training Device–FTD–and has also upgraded its two existing FRASCA SR20 FTDs to match the new device.

FRASCA Helicopter Simulator for Horizon International Flight Academy
Horizon International Flight Academy LLC, UAE has placed an order with FRASCA International, Inc., Urbana, IL for a Bell 407 FNPT II (“simulator”). The simulator will be configured as the Bell 407 Helicopter and will feature Dual G500, Dual G430 and FRASCA’s TruVision™ visual system with 6 channel (200° x 68°) projected display system and custom database featuring the Al Ain International Airport.

Cape Air Gets Level 6 Approval for FRASCA 402C Flight Training Device
Cape Air, one of the nation’s largest regional airlines based in Hyannis, Massachusetts, has received FAA Level 6 approval on their FRASCA built Cessna 402C Level 6 Flight Training Device (FTD). The FTD has been in service since January of this year and has been used to train approximately 70 pilots to date.
