New FTD will Join Fleet of Frasca Simulators. Nov. 3, 2017, Urbana, IL. Seneca College School of Aviation, located at the Peterborough Airport, Toronto, Canada, has contracted with simulator manufacturer Frasca International, to provide a new Baron G58 Level 5 Flight Training Device (FTD). The award was given by by CAT (Civil Aviation Training Magazine) during their annual WATS convention on May 2nd.
